What this site is

euai-act.com publishes guidance on Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) as amended, and provides two tools: the AI Act Navigator, which is free, and the Evidence Kit, which generates compliance documents from your answers for a one-off fee.

This is not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using it. The Navigator produces a documented self-assessment based on the answers you give. The Evidence Kit produces draft documents that record assessments you have made. We do not determine your legal classification, we do not certify compliance, and we cannot: no private party can issue a binding AI Act classification or a compliance certificate.

Every document closes with a list of points a lawyer should confirm. That list exists because it should be used.

Accuracy, and its limits

We verify what we publish against primary sources — the Official Journal and the consolidated text on EUR-Lex — and we say when something is a draft or a proposal rather than law. Two things are genuinely unsettled as we write this: the Commission's Article 6(5) guidelines on high-risk classification remain in draft, and no harmonised standard has yet been cited in the Official Journal, so the presumption of conformity in Article 40 is not available to anyone.

We do not warrant that the material is complete or current at the moment you read it, and the law changes. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

Your responsibilities

The output depends entirely on the accuracy of your inputs — above all the intended purpose you describe, because classification turns on it. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before relying on it, completing the parts marked as outstanding, and having it checked where the stakes warrant.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or its documents is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Licence to use the documents

Documents you generate are yours to use, adapt and share inside your organisation and with your advisers, auditors, customers and regulators, without restriction and without attribution. You may not resell them as a product or republish the templates as your own offering.

Payment and refunds

Purchases are one-off, not subscriptions. Prices are in euro; VAT is applied at checkout according to your billing address, and EU business customers may enter a VAT identification number to apply the reverse charge. An invoice is issued for every purchase. Our refund policy is set out separately and is deliberately generous.

Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms: write to info@euai-act.com, or to Quest Group a.s. at the registered address in our legal notice. These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you are habitually resident. Consumers may also use the out-of-court route described in the legal notice.
