Fourteen days, no reason needed

If a document is not useful to you, tell us within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to delete the document, and we will not ask you to prove anything.

This is deliberately more generous than we are obliged to be. We would rather refund a disappointed buyer than argue with one — a compliance product lives or dies on trust.

Read the sample first

Every document is published in full as a free sample, generated for a fictional company. Nothing is truncated or watermarked. You can see exactly what you would be buying before you spend anything, which is the honest way to avoid needing a refund at all.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK buying digital content, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days. That right can be lost once supply of the digital content begins with your consent. Our policy above gives you the fourteen days regardless, so you are never worse off than the statutory position.

How to ask

Write to info@euai-act.com from the email address you used to buy, and say which document you want refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days once processed by Stripe. The seller is Quest Group a.s. — see our legal notice.
