What we sell here
euai-act.com publishes guidance on the EU AI Act and provides two tools: the AI Act Navigator, which is free, and the Evidence Kit, which generates compliance documents for a one-off fee. The Evidence Kit is digital content supplied electronically. It is documentation tooling, not legal advice — see our terms.
VAT
Prices are shown in euro. Where VAT is chargeable it is calculated at checkout on the basis of the billing address you provide, which for electronically supplied services determines the place of supply. Business customers established in another EU Member State may enter a valid VAT identification number at checkout, in which case the supply is treated as subject to the reverse charge and no VAT is added.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card details. An invoice is issued for every purchase.
Consumer disputes
Consumers in Czechia may refer a dispute that we cannot resolve directly to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, coi.cz, which is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Our refund policy is deliberately more generous than the statutory minimum, so most questions should not need to get that far.
Supervisory authority for data protection
The Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. See our privacy policy.
